To design a cohesive communications package for an emergency
notification startup.
When In Case of Emergency.com launched in 2003, the founders of
the company focused all of its attention on e-commerce sales of its
copyrighted notification cards, and ignored creating a brand
identity to tie in all of its marketing initiatives under one umbrella.
After modifying the typical red cross emblem used by healthcare-
related companies, I created a complete set of logos, stationery and
sales collateral aimed at solidifying all of ICOE’s marketing
initiatives. The notification cards also received a makeover, with
spaces cleared on the back of the card for sponsorship
opportunities.
The materials have been viewed and received by thousands of
medical and sports personnel since the re-branding effort
concluded in Summer 2003.
Sparts Marketing will begin selling this as a new promotional
platform for sports properties in 2007.
